Reiki Massage

Reiki Massage blends the grounding benefits of therapeutic touch with the subtle, energetic healing of Reiki. This is a deeply nervous system nurturing session. Ideal for those seeking emotional balance, energetic alignment, or gentle trauma support.

What to expect:

  • Reiki during quiet, intentional pauses

  • Soothing massage to relax the body

  • Optional breathwork, sound tools, or energy techniques upon request

This is a beautiful option for deep rest, energetic clarity, and inner renewal.

Session Rates:

  • 60 minutes $89

  • 90 minutes $120

Therapeutic Massage

Each session is customized to meet your needs in the moment—whether you're seeking deep relief, nervous system support or time to simply reset. I offer 60 and 90 minute full-body massage sessions, tailored using a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Your session may include:

  • Essential oils for grounding or uplift

  • Cupping or gua sha (scraping) to release deeper tension

  • Hot stones and hot towels to soften and soothe

  • Firm, fluid pressure to unwind both physical and emotional stress

During a Reiki session, you may experience deep relaxation, a sense of peace, warmth, or emotional release. It's a non-invasive practice that meets you exactly where you are, helping to restore balance, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

  • 1:1 mentoring is a personalized process where we meet regularly—either in person or virtually—to explore your goals, challenges, and personal growth. Each session is tailored to your unique journey, offering support, tools, and guidance to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with intention.

  • If you’ve registered for one of my training classes, I offer a one-time makeup opportunity in the event you’re unable to attend. To be eligible, you must contact me before the scheduled class to explain your situation. Please note: if you miss your makeup session, your payment will be forfeited and you will no longer be eligible to retake the course.
